Job Description

• Risk advisory, tailored and customized to specific requests and risks and to support the below services and solutions.
• Traditional Insurance Program Structures and Cover Optimization (blending of direct and reinsurance solutions for large international clients granting updated and broadest coverage scope).
• Alternative Risks Transfer (ART) - including risk management advisory and Captives or Fronting and Reinsurance solutions, including optimization of traditional captives, as well as cell captives and virtual captive solutions.
• Non-traditional insurance solution including integrated lines and products blending, alternative limits structures including use of ART, with multi-line and multi-year solutions backed up by structured reinsurance solutions, to respond to clients' specific risk management needs and to enhance efficiency, cover enhancement and costs and capital optimization, via pooling and risk diversification.
• Operational Risks solutions to provide optimized risk transfer solutions that are tailored to FI's specific and unique operational risks framework, model and reporting systems. which clearly demonstrated value of insurance to FI clients; key assets or catastrophic risk protection; cost efficiency and insurance coverage tailored to meet Basel capital requirements.
• Credit Risks solutions, including credit insurance, capital optimization and provisions release, alternative collateral instruments.
• Other Financial Risks or Financial Contingency solutions to support protection of strategic assets or optimization of capital and reserving.
• Structured Reinsurance Solutions (facultative) - independent and/or to support all of the above, including customizable ART structures, ILS and capital market risk transfer solutions.
• Innovation, to incubate, challenge and develop new products or solutions for emerging risks (e.g. climate related physical and transition risks).

Role within reinsurance solutions, with both continental Europe and UK scope; collaborating with enterprise client group, in country CEOs and involving Commercial and Reinsurance resources in countries and other business units as needed.
