They are looking for an ambitious and experienced Account Director to run the day-to-day client communication and growth across process, revenue and business strategy. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage key client accounts, driving growth across revenue, strategy and process
- Maintain existing client relationships developing proactive and trusted communication
- Own budget renewals, scope and key calendar points
- Identify growth, new business and development opportunities within existing client portfolios
- Effectively communicate between client, external and internal personnel to ensure seamless operation and expansion of existing business
- Frequently updating senior personnel on any feedback on client communication and growth
- Oversee Account Manager activity in ensuring best practice is taken
- Ensure production systems are being utilized efficiently
- Maintain revenue of costing, tracking revenue forecast and account financial management to reach maximum profitability
- Influence account decisions, developing plans and strategies, making recommendations
