Job Description
  • Ensuring the creditor’s ledger is operated accurately, efficiently and to agreed timescales. 
  • Reviewing, monitoring and improving processes and procedures in relation to Accounts Payable.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure AP processes run efficiently. 
  • Liaising with internal and external parties ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Ensuring all expenditures comply with company policies and procedures. 
  • Ensuring correct tax treatment of all purchase ledger transactions.
  • Performing month end duties i.e., balance sheet reconciliations and other adhoc reporting requirements. 
  • Developing financial reports and providing regular reporting on KPIs as agreed by management.
  • Assisting FC/FM with cash flow preparation and forecasting. 
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the accounts payable team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Have a proven background within a similar role 
  • Exposure of multi-currency transactions.
  • Have excellent communication skills. 
  • Have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to manage teams. 
  • Strong Excel skills desirable.
