Job Description

Main initiative will be focus on demise legacy data repositories - discover, migration & finding / creating alternatives solutions in Cloud. You will be in contact with many technical and business areas and will provide you a holistic view on how the data is used in the bank and be part of the strategic data transformation.

  • Leading on the shaping of the approach to strategic change initiatives to deliver key programme requirements in line with the requirements of the Product Owner and Sponsors.
  • Delivering of the project plan, monitoring the Tasks/User Stories, create PPTs, which will need to be presented in different Forums and other project documentation; leading and organizing meetings, etc. and supporting and performing project analysis tasks.
  • Providing technical, data and functional analysis for the different initiatives, to enable the delivery of change, working alongside business stakeholders, programme management and external advisers in identifying alternative sources of data or new solutions.
  • Monitoring, understanding and assessing the impact of changes in the external environment on technology & infrastructure
  • Ensuring cross team collaboration, sharing learnings and best practices to contribute to overall team effectiveness.
  • Ensuring partnership with relevant business areas providing actionable advice on current and emerging issues, new technologies and supports with technical advice.
  • Building relationships with COO functions and Business Central Areas to ensure projects are delivery and provide value.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Work experience with financial, risk repositories focus on MI and Analytics ideally combining project manager, consulting, data analysis, technical analysis, change management in a technical role.
  • Analytical skills, able to manage complexity, ambiguity, and change with advanced Excel and SQL skills.
  • Knowledge of SAS, Unix, able to read and understand code.
  • Able to manage complexity, ambiguity and change.
  • Being able to Influence and facilitate, along with building collaborative relationships across the business and IT teams.
  • Able to build rapport and establish immediate credibility at the most senior levels.
  • Able to produce high quality deliverables within tight and immovable deadlines.
  • Sound judgment and decisiveness and be well organized - priorities work effectively.
  • You will also need good communication skills, both written and verbally.
