Job Description

You’ll have a natural flair for management and commercials, whilst developing a talented account management team. Building relationships should be second nature, ensuring that we maintain great relationships with existing clients and build strong relationships with new clients.
You will be able to offer innovative marketing solutions to specific business challenges, ensuring that we deliver campaigns that perform, whilst remaining on time and on budget. Drive organic client growth, through strong stakeholder engagement and proactivity, meeting client objectives and ensuring your account deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets
Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building and maintaining client relationships at a senior level, influencing their marketing strategy
  • Ensuring projects are delivered as efficiently as possible
  • Manage and motivate a team of direct reports
  • Development of all members within your team using resources available to you and seeking out further resources and opportunities to develop the team
  • Leading a team to deliver multiple campaigns to meet client objectives
  • Focus on campaign performance to ensure best outcomes
  • Ensure the team follow best practices and process set out by the business
  • Developing plans for all key clients, including revenue forecasts and resource plans to enable you to deliver to these plans
  • Presenting to Client Director on a monthly basis on performance against plan for all key clients
  • Ensuring that we are never behind the curve on your accounts, that they are stable and campaigns that we deliver are profitable

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • At least 5 years’ experience working for a B2B agency
  • Experience in delivering integrated campaigns based on business challenges
  • People management and development
  • A track record of establishing and growing accounts
  • The ability to forge and establish new client account relationships
  • Dynamic, outgoing personality with strong drive to deliver/succeed
  • Understand the full marketing mix
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
