Job Description

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Finance Director to work closely with the owner. The role is based at the office in Hertfordshire. The portfolio consists of various investments across a number of statutory entities, with both property investment and property development interests.

This part time Finance Director role will include:

• Oversee a small finance team of two staff
• Review of management accounts, VAT and payroll
• Produce weekly cash flow report
• Liaise with joint venture partners
• Deal with all family and charitable trusts
• Deal with all banks and authorize all payments
• Liaise with insurance companies and auditors
• Oversee personal ISAs and tax, FX accounts and wills
• Oversee management meetings and HR issues
• Corporation Tax and Companies House submissions
• General supervision of all finance and administration

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
