Job Description
  • Managing daily key stakeholder relationships, with a focus on BUs;
  • Oversight/guidance for Creative/Media partners and wider team;
    - Guiding daily workloads alongside VP/AM to ensure project expectations are met - on time/on budget/every time
    • Ensuring global synergy
    • Identifying and overseeing scoping of all new work streams;
  • PMs creating relevant documentation, ready for VP approval and intro to relevant Product owners 
  • Oversee all deck creation;
    • With support from VP for framework approval
    • Distribution to team for input as required
    • The first pair of “client-friendly” eyes on Production based decks created by PM team
    • Escalates any concerns from an agency process perspective to VP for collaboration/solutions
    • Oversees development of Account Manager (50% funded by Producer MSP), delegating tasks as required
  • Guidance on implementing best practice across new work streams such as DCO/DTC, etc.
  • Leading QBR framework;
    • With PMs/AM team providing recons and data pulls as requested
    • Works with VP to undertake data analysis and narrative/storytelling
  • Oversees J+ Workflow implementation/adoption (alongside AM/Ops Manager/PM team) - adoption is everyone’s responsibility
  • Oversees commercials and finance processes alongside AM/VPs
    • Trackers & reconciliations to be updated
  • Works with AM to align Shoot Productions into Mastering pipeline where required
    • Working with Production (Head of Content/ SPD) to ensure we are added to the post-production roster for all creative shoots

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to build internal/external relationships at all levels;

  • Working with an internal team in Client management, Project Management, Finance and Production
  • Liaising with the Jellyfish Tech Solutions (JTS) team to develop our systems offering through our proprietary platform, J+ Workflow (alongside AM).
  • Managing status, finance trackers and wash-ups/reconciliations - as well as any other Client Management task as needed.
  • Resourcing; dealing with internal resourcing teams, daily stand-ups, completion of weekly brief pipeline, etc.
  • Be a trusted partner who inspires confidence for what can be a chaotic client, whilst a strong sense of responsibility, ownership and a commitment to delivering best practice
  • Understanding and genuine enthusiasm for all media channels
  • Experience of campaign management
  • Good attention to detail
  • Cool and calm when working under pressure along with the ability to anticipate, and solve problems
  • High level of organization with brilliant multi-tasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines so we deliver on time, every time (alongside PMs/Producers)
  • Understanding and mastery of relevant technology
  • Ability to assess and review working practices to help identify improvements on an ongoing basis, alongside Snr AM/PD
  • Compelling ‘can do’ attitude - energetic, dynamic and innovative
  • Good team player; collaborative but also a self-starter, able to work independently
  • Flexible approach to working hours; typically 9-5.30pm (clients are 1hr ahead)
