- Manage the purchase ledgers - stock and utilities, including monthly reviews.
- Manage the weekly payments in line with company procedures.
- Effective communication with suppliers regarding payment dates.
- Plot payments, to assist with cash-flow management.
- Maintenance of payment sheets.
- The accurate completion of monthly reviews and ensuring statement reconciliations are completed.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Management responsibility to Finance Assistant.
