Job Description

This role sits within the People (HR) and Facilities team tasked to develop and implement clear short, mid and long term strategies to drive value on the allocated category of spend.
You will produce and deliver a Procurement Category Plan. To deliver this successfully you will be required to complete spend and market analysis, stakeholder and supplier engagement plans, lead full tender processes including negotiations, template drafting both for existing contracts and new requirements to ensure that easyJet receive best value from its partners.
You will be responsible for updating and / or renewing our PSL with fantastic exposure to senior stakeholders and senior projects by bringing consultancy responsibilities into this position - learning more about the airline rather than being focused on one area of the business with companywide consultancy processes.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To do this role you need to be a strong negotiator and influencer, with strategic thinking and the ability to understand market dynamics & create innovative solutions / category plans. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at a variety of levels – including CEO is key, also being able to understand complex specifications and contract scopes.
You will need determination and drive, with a tenacity to deliver to the bottom line and of course being able to influence and challenge at a senior management level with excellent problem-solving skills - we want you to go above and beyond with direction and support.
