Job Description
- Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact
- Preparation and review of sole trader and partnership accounts
- Income computations and preparation of self-assessment tax returns
- Capital gains computations
- Limited company accounts and corporation return preparation
- Be responsible for managing other members of the team, providing them with guidance, training and reviewing their work
- Providing business and advice to clients
- Identifying planning opportunities for individuals
- Advising individuals and companies of their liabilities
- Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Five years experience within a UK Accountancy Practice
- Ideally ACCA or ACCA Part/Full Qualified
- AAT qualified (equivalent or higher)
- Experienced with sage, xero and quickbooks
- Excellent organizational skills
- Work under pressure knowing what to priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
