Job Description
- This will include preparation of month-end accounts, financial reporting, monthly VAT, control of all income, cash flow and expenditure – purchase ledger and sales ledger processing, bank reconciliations etc. Also, liaising with outside services for tax preparation, banking, foreign exchange, outsourced payroll etc., and liaising with the external accountant to ensure that all statutory responsibilities are met.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- The successful candidate will already be an experienced and strong enough technically to complete the more involved month-end / reporting procedures aspects of the role, yet also comfortable rolling sleeves up with the more transactional elements - purchase ledger processing, maintaining records and filing and so forth.
- Previous experience of using Sage Line 50 accounting software is required.
