Our client is looking for a Team Administrator to join a busy team of 10 people. This is a varied role working within a busy company based in Harpenden. You will need to be computer literate, organised and confident in your approach and have experience of working on diary management, team administration with some PA duties included.
Key Responsibilities
Provide various support to the Director and other team members
Diary management, scheduling meetings and appointments
Contributing towards team targets and goals.
Take responsibility for shared inbox and escalating queries where necessary
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preparing documents and assisitng with tenders
Taking minuets for meetings
Admin support for all colleagues within the team
Work to deadlines
Candidate Skills
Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
Capable of using your own initiative and make decisions
Ability to multi-task within a pressurised, fast-paced environment
Strong prioritisation and planning skills
Problem solving
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Packages - Word, Excel, Outlook
