Job Description
  • You will carry out all aspects of internal accounting for clients with not many transactions
  • Accounting for the funds the company administers
  • General office admin
  • Maintaining accounts for a handful of operating companies, ie invoicing, cash books, provisioning, VAT returns, quarterly management accounts etc
  • Maintaining purchase and sales ledgers
  • Credit control
  • Maintaining monthly accounts for the currently two funds we administer
  • Activities associated with fund administration

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Seeking good, solid bookkeeper, who understands accounting, not necessarily a qualified accountant
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of Sage On-Line 50
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
  • Self-starter
  • Motivated to learn new skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to our clients need for a swift response
