Job Description
- Sales and Purchase Ledger
- Bank and Credit card reconciliation and Credit Control
- Submitting VAT and CIS returns
- Managing supplier payments
- Working with incomplete records and posting Journals
- Reconciling control accounts and preparing management accounts
- Preparing year end file for our accountants
- CIS, Setting up new payroll schemes
- Frequent starters and leavers
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Minimum of three years’ experience, preferably in a practice or with multi-industry experience
- Experience using SAGE 50 Payroll and/or Xero Payroll
- AAT Level 3 or higher (or equivalent)
- Excellent customer services skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Good working knowledge of Excel
