Job Description
  • Sales and Purchase Ledger
  • Bank and Credit card reconciliation and Credit Control
  • Submitting VAT and CIS returns
  • Managing supplier payments
  • Working with incomplete records and posting Journals
  • Reconciling control accounts and preparing management accounts
  • Preparing year end file for our accountants
  • CIS,  Setting up new payroll schemes
  • Frequent starters and leavers

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum of three years’ experience, preferably in a practice or with multi-industry experience
  • Experience using SAGE 50 Payroll and/or Xero Payroll
  • AAT Level 3 or higher (or equivalent)
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
