Job Description
  • Supporting the Director with the management of the day to day accounts and finance function
  • Managing the sales, purchase and nominal ledgers and completing month-end reconciliations
  • Preparing cash book records, reconciling with monthly bank statements and investigating any variances
  • Managing credit control function, chasing overdue client payments and minimising the risk of bad debt
  • Processing weekly and monthly staff payrolls and preparing monthly PAYE returns for the HMRC
  •  Producing a wide range of  reports and assisting the Accountant with end of year processes
