Job Description
  • Managing the sales ledger function and monitoring client accounts to minimize the risk of bad debt
  •  Raising sales invoices, credit notes and client statements and ensuring these are sent out on schedule
  •  Allocating payments received to correct client account and preparing daily payment reports
  • Chasing overdue payments by telephone and email, agreeing repayment terms with clients when needed
  •  Managing any invoice queries that occur, ensuring all issues are fully investigated and resolved
  • Assisting with the month-end process, reconciling ledger and preparing debtor reports
