Job Description
- Managing the sales ledger function and monitoring client accounts to minimize the risk of bad debt
- Raising sales invoices, credit notes and client statements and ensuring these are sent out on schedule
- Allocating payments received to correct client account and preparing daily payment reports
- Chasing overdue payments by telephone and email, agreeing repayment terms with clients when needed
- Managing any invoice queries that occur, ensuring all issues are fully investigated and resolved
- Assisting with the month-end process, reconciling ledger and preparing debtor reports
