Job Description
- Working as part of a team managing the purchase ledger and cashiering function
- Checking supplier invoices received and scanning these onto the accounts system
- Telephoning suppliers to rectify incorrect billing and processing invoices for payment
- Completing weekly reconciliation of the supplier payment bank accounts
- Recording details of payments received by cheque
- Investigating any unidentified receipts received and any unsettled receipts
