Job Description
  • Working as part of a team managing the purchase ledger and cashiering function
  • Checking supplier invoices received and scanning these onto the accounts system
  • Telephoning suppliers to rectify incorrect billing and processing invoices for payment
  • Completing weekly reconciliation of the supplier payment bank accounts
  • Recording details of payments received by cheque
  • Investigating any unidentified receipts received and any unsettled receipts
