Job Description
  • Ensure all purchase invoices are processed within the supplier terms.
  • Ensure all purchase invoices are posted to the correct general ledger/department/cost center codes.
  •  Reconcile supplier statements monthly and following up with any variances.
  • Maintain the Purchase ledger ensure all suppliers accounts are tidy and up to date.
  • Deal with any queries resolving or escalating where required.
  • Reconcile credit card reconciliation
  • Support with production of payment runs in line with monthly timetable
  •  Ensure the accounts payable inbox in maintained and emails responded to in a timely manner
  • Attend all meetings requested and keep up to date with events, promotions and any changes taking place in the club.
  • Carry out all responsibilities in accordance with the company values, operating procedures and ways of working.
  • Proactively continue your own on-going education and share your knowledge with other team members where appropriate.
  •  Proactively make suggestions on ways to improve current processes or procedures.
  • Co-operate with team members and share knowledge where appropriate to the benefit of all.
  • Assist with other ad hoc 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with confidence
  •  intermediate to advanced in Microsoft Excel
  •  A "can do" work ethic / Good team player
  •  Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  •  Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player and contributor
  •  The confidence to deal with members and senior level managers on a daily basis and able to work on own initiative under pressure.
