Job Description
  • Posting and processing supplier invoices
  •  Credit control - chase all due debt in a timely manner and follow up with the relevant teams in regard to disputed invoices and claims
  • Provide regular reporting on debt collection, disputed items follow etc, so the business understands the current situation and state of play
  •  Reconciling Supplier Accounts
  •  Cross-checking and processing Monthly Expenses / Company Credit Cards
  •  Collating and Managing Weekly Payment Runs
  • Supporting the finance department at month end
  •  Posting Payments and Receipts from bank account
  •  Preparing various reports for the finance team
  • Helping with order entry for customer orders
  •  Other ad hoc tasks

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience of using Sage 200 or Intermediate Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion to learn
