  • Providing proof of payment upon request
  • Responding to supplier invoice queries
  • Credit Control for owned clients
  • Payment run cover
  • Email inbox maintenance
  • Daily cash receipting
  • Inter account transfers
  • Scanning and filing
  • Bank reconciliations

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Six months plus accounts experience or degree in a finance related course
  • Intermediate computer skills (Outlook Email, Word and Excel, V-Lookups, Pivot tables)
  • Organized, reliable and highly accurate with numbers
