We are looking for an experienced Book Keeper, who has previously worked with Xero, to assist with maintaining our finance system and responsible for the day to day handling of the accounts. Good knowledge of Xero including setting up systems, data inputting, uploading, exporting and Xero add-ons are essential for this role.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Producing monthly and annual management accounts and budget reports when required
Assisting with the integration and implementation of systems in Xero
Combining necessary reports for the Civil Aviation Authority and ABTA
Recording financial transactions and handling accounts payable and receivable
Paying regular bills from the company and handling client and partner invoices
Filing historical records and retrieving necessary documents when required
Managing profit and loss statements and balance sheets
Coordinating payroll
Completing relevant tax forms
Maintaining company ledger
Appropriately coding payables to prepare
Co-ordinating purchase order processes
Preparing information for auditors
