Job Description
  • Posting bank receipts in various forms (Cheques, Standing Order and Debit Card Payments)
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Dealing with telephone and email queries relating to service charge demands/statements
  • and handling difficult situations.
  • Assisting with credit control procedure, ensuring payment plans are on track, liaising and
  • aiding with arrears run.
  • Receipt and distribution of invoices to property manager for approval
  • Accurately posting of invoices and bank payments on a weekly basis
  • Follow-up with overdue and omitted invoice queries
  • Management of ongoing Electricity queries
  • Work alongside property managers during budget creation, providing budget vs actuals
  • Enter service charge budgets
  • Create and distribute service charge and ground rent invoices
  • Creation of supplementary demands and working alongside property managers with section
  • Leasehold Outstanding
  • Nominal Detail Report

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Accounts
  • customer service
  • property accounts
  • Microsoft Office Skills beneficial but not essential 
  • Data entry skills along with strong numerical and logical knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills and literacy
