Job Description
  • Reconciling bank accounts, supplier and customer statements
  • Nominal reconciliations and analysis
  • Departmental and Aged Debtors reporting for management
  • Processing and entering overhead invoices
  • Processing subcontractor and supplier payments for authorization
  • Timesheet analysis, payroll adjustments
  • Analysis of inter-company transactions
  • Assist the Accounts Manager
  • Sales/purchase ledger
  • Processing and reconciling company credit card receipts
  • Perform general office support duties i.e. filing, scanning and copying, as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience of Sage 50 cloud Accounts is preferred
  • Knowledge of CIS would be advantageous
  • Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven organizational/coordination skills and attention to detail
  • Intermediate MS Office skills to include Word, Excel and Outlook
