Job Description
  • Dealing with unresolved payment balances on claims files.
  • Creating payment and invoice requests.
  • Sending invoices and relevant supporting claims documentation.
  • Monitoring mail inboxes.
  • Processing claims documentation.
  • Liaising with and reporting to Client Partners, assisting them with ad hoc duties as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, including a high level of proficiency with Excel.
