Job Description
  • Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
  • Reconciliations with vendors.
  • Booking the accruals and prepayments
  • Process accounts receivable and payable.
  • Process reconciliations with banks.
  • Understand ledgers.
  • Posting journals.
  • Knowledge in the VAT process.
  • Work and communicate with the company’s external accountants
  • Provide basic financial reports to management
  • Ad hoc requests.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent knowledge of general accounting principles.
  • Experience of QuickBooks software is essential to a fairly high level.
  • Minimum two years bookkeeping experience, preferably within a business-services environment.
  • Experience running monthly payroll
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy of work and extremely organized.
  • Used to working fast paced.
