Job Description

As the new Head of Finance, you will be a member of the Senior Management Team and will support the COO to provide effective and collaborative financial leadership in a growing and innovative charity.

• You will lead the Finance team with overall management of company’s financial and operational activities.
• You will be responsible for financial controls, budgets, payroll, management reporting, external funder reporting, statutory audits and compliance.
• The post holder will work in partnership with different department leads, including the Head of Quality and Service Excellence, with a view to improving processes, controls and compliance.
