Job Description

Working within the divisional office and reporting to the Divisional Financial Controller, the main focus of the role will be to provide key financial advice and support to academic departments as well as overseeing the management accounting, budgeting and forecasting for a group of these departments with a combined annual turnover of more than £100m. The post holder will also undertake discrete finance related projects which may span the full range of the division’s financial activities. These will offer excellent networking and development opportunities beyond the day-to-day scope of the role.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To successfully fulfil this challenging, diverse and exciting role you will need to be a qualified accountant, with experience in a large organization, you will have excellent communication skills, the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and proven leadership and teamwork skills.
