Job Description

You’ll identify and drive operational improvement through analysis of financial plans, management information and performance, covering the central teams for the Global Service Lines, as well as their functional support. You’ll also be the central finance liaison point for Netherlands COE, Paragon finance teams and other team in relation to central costs.

The difference you’ll make

• Review and provide advice on strategic financial plans in partnership with Service Line leaders.
• Provide delivery and interpretation of financial analysis to enable key decisions and achieve targets. Identify actions to drive opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Delivery, analysis & insight of consolidated budgets and forecasts across eight BPC entities.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality monthly accounts and reporting across eight BPC entities.
• Providing interpretation of financial analysis to enable business areas to make key decisions and achieve targets. Accountable for P&L and commercial elements of the Balance Sheet.
• Commercial contract negotiation for non-media related spend.
• Define and implement best practice planning and control techniques in line with business needs; maximize & optimize usage of the Financial Services Bangalore (FSB).

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Qualified accountant (ACMA, ACA, CPA, CA) with 8+ years’ experience.
• Commerce / business partnering experience at a senior level with multiple stakeholders.
• Financial analysis & planning experience.
• Ability to 'think' and make constructive suggestions on ways to improve activities.
• Experience managing and offshore team in an international company.
• Quick learner and strong attention to detail whilst combining with the ability to see the 'big picture’.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills and good ability to deal with volume in an efficient manner.
• Proactive, organized, logical approach with strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, across different regions and levels.
