Job Description
- Partnering the senior leadership team, including CEO and COO to drive enhanced performance through improved financial clarity
- Own the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
- Managing and delivering the financial element of required regulatory reporting commitments, including client money and CASS
- Cash flow management and ongoing development of cash flow forecasting
- Managing the audit process and external advisors
- Driving the automation of manual processes
- Enhance current reporting around Management Information, KPIs and FP&A
- Supporting current and future rounds of fund raising
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- ACA
- Demonstrable knowledge of Capital Markets
- Excellent technical accounting and financial control skills, including IFRS AND UK GAAP
- High levels of intellectual horsepower
- Impressive communication skills
- Happy in a hands-on, Head of Finance role managing a team of 2
- The drive and energy to excel within a fast paced and entrepreneurial FinTech
