Job Description

Your role will be focused on risk-related MI and understanding the risk profile of external SARs within the business. You will also play an integral part in supporting the other relevant teams across the banks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing reports using MicroStrategy and adapting queries with SQL
• Making recommendation on MI, data, systems, and procedures being reviewed
• Developing and maintaining internal and external relationships within the business
• Taking responsibility for ensuring quality customer outcomes are achieved
• Management of the team and ensuring all members maximizing business potential
• Actively demonstrating cross- team collaboration, sharing learning and best practices to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience in using MicroStrategy and SQL
• Strong knowledge of UK financial services and regulatory frameworks
• Expertise in financial crime knowledge and SARs
• Excellent data and analytics, leadership, and communication skills
• Experience of working in advanced machine learning and forecasting
