Job Description
  •  Full bookkeeping services
  • Preparation of monthly VAT returns and filing online with HMRC
  •  Support with administration work
  •  Managing workload to meet deadlines
  • Reconciliation of all bank and cash accounting
  •  Posting journals
  • Credit control
  • Support with administration work
  •  Managing workload to meet deadlines
  • General bookkeeping, keeping a track of invoices, accumulating invoices together for VAT returns
  •  Reconciling all bank and cash accounts and control accounts
  •  Posting journals for payroll, accruals, and prepayments
  • Other general administration and book-keeping work required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  •  Excellent  Skills
  •  Experience within a relevant role
  • Have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player
  • Be able to work unsupervised
