The Role
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead the commercial finance and FP&A function for the business, supporting operations through best-in-class commercial analysis, insight and decision support. Responsibilities will include business planning, budgeting and forecasting for future business growth and the management and forecast of cash flows. You will also be the financial lead on pricing and contracts to ensure any potential risks are identified and resolved. You will identify and drive business improvement initiatives working closely with senior stakeholders throughout the group and play an active part in Exec meetings.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

As a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) you will demonstrate effective and efficient budgeting experience with the ability to plan and forecast strategic changes. A proven leader, you will have the flexibility to adapt to changing conditions and be able to effectively communicate at all levels throughout the business with a commitment to quality and service. This is a high profile role to ensure the business can make the right commercial decisions to support their continued growth and future ambitions.
