The ideal candidate will have experience of running accounts payable, receivables and all-round aspect of a finance function.
Reviewing purchase invoices and processing through the accounting platform.
Ensuring invoices are approved by correct department heads.
Maintaining group creditor listing.
Performing bank reconciliations.
Liaising with agents to collect statements.
Preparing import templates with monthly rental and service charge movements.
Reconciling agent statements.
Maintaining nominal ledger.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
AAT qualified or part qualified or studying towards professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
You will have an experience in double entry bookkeeping, preferably gained in asset management or real estate sector alongside with good knowledge of cloud accounting applications (Xero, Dext, and Approval Max) as well as strong Excel user.
Also, you are expected to have good experience of the purchase to pay process.
The successful candidate will be a commercially astute, analytical and possess excellent verbal and writing communication skills.
