Job Description
  • To manage the cash book and Petty cash book
  •  Process expenses
  •  Weekly and monthly salaries using SAGE 50 payroll
  •  To produce a monthly management accounts report to be distributed to Managing Director and Director
  •  To assist in budgeting as required
  • Bank statement reconciliation
  •  Keep fixed asset module updated
  •  End of year stock take
  •  Reconcile control accounts
  •  Reconcile debtors with sales finance ledger
  • Complete VAT returns including postponed import VAT
  •  Matching customs declarations with international invoices 
  • Prepare annual account for auditor and close year end
  •  Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
  • To deal with general and specific financial enquiries

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • SAGE 200
