Job Description
  • General day-to day bookkeeping using Xero and Quick Books Accounts systems
  • Entering Purchase and Sales invoices (managing ledgers)
  • Sending Customer Invoices and Credit Control (via email)
  • Raising Credit and Debit Notes
  • Matching Delivery Notes and Processing Queries
  • Allocating Payments
  • Entering Customer and Supplier information into systems
  • Bank Accounts Reconciliation
  • VAT Returns
  • Running and Communicating Weekly and Monthly Management Reports
  • Credit Control as required
  • Assist with Cash flow Forecasting

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • AAT Level 4 Qualified (required)
  • Bookkeeping: two years (required)
  • Xero/Quick Books Accounting Software (required)
