Job Description

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead a large team, and drive real change within the organization to set themselves up for further success.

Duties include:

• Direct management of 3 senior managers.
• Improving and automating internal processes.
• Drive and incentivize the finance team's future success.
• Oversee the debt collection process to ensure cash flow.
• Create reports for the board to ensure information flows.
• Ensuring swift resolution of any stakeholder issues.
• Ensure a strong positive culture is maintained within the finance departments

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Credit control background- (CICM preferred but not essential).
• Proven experience leading large teams.
• A strong record of improving controls & processes.
• Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels; junior to board.
