Job Description
Ensure efficient, effective and complaint delivery of the monthly accounts, cash control, costing systems in support of reporting requirements to division and group.
Contribute to managing the process and adherence to forecasts, budgets and strategic plans. Work closely with Finance Business Partner and management of direct reports.
Team Management
- Provide leadership to direct reports including providing clear goals and objectives aligned with the Business plan.
- Assess the skills, quality, roles and responsibilities to ensure the team is optimized and staffed appropriately.
- Engage with members of the SRF Management Team to facilitate cross-department collaboration that ensures that all financial and IT solutions positively support the business’s strategic plan execution, operational delivery, and data collection needs.
- Work to continuously improve the finance function and the way it serves others in the company.
