- Sending bills to clients
- Raising fixed fee invoices
- Coding credit card statements
- Managing Petty cash
- Downloading Paralegal invoices
- Producing information for Fee earners
- Dealing with queries from Fee earners
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience of working in a Finance Assistant role
- Any knowledge of the legal sector would be a huge advantage
- A strong multitasker and good time manager
- Able to meet deadlines
- An eye for attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently on their own
