Job Description

• Drive operational performance by analyzing the effective/hourly rates coming from the Businesses
• Supports strategic initiatives : new foot print, restructuring, CAPEX
• Domain expert on CAPEX and Restructuring
• Partners with the Europe region to ensure adherence to all related Operation KPI’s.
• Understand and Analyse the different natures of the Cost Base, making sure all reporting is aligned with Alstom rules and proposing efficiencies where possible.
• Coordinate the calculation and allocation of the different Alstom Fees impacting the UKI Businesses.
• Acts as the Business Partner for all Support Functions at UKI level.
• Coordinate Budgeting & monthly reporting activities for all Support Functions.
• Act as Business Partner with the HR team to analysis and explain HC evolution.
• Liaise with the local Finance teams to make sure all HC is correctly reported in the various systems.
• Simplify and maintain the Cost Base structure.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Capacity to go deep into selected matters & drill-down into a specific issue until full resolution of it.
• Ability to translate the needs of a global organization into targeted business intelligence reporting developments.
• Previous business partnering experience working with operations or sales.
