Job Description
- Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be taking responsibility for producing the accounts for two overseas entities within the group.
- This will include reviewing and submitting monthly accounts, accruals/prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany/treasury, ensuring compliance with local and international requirements.
- And the day-to-day liaison with outsourced finance service providers to ensure timely processing of accounting transactions, payment of local supplier invoices and submission of relevant returns to the authorities.
- You will also be preparing annual accounts, together with the year end audit file containing all relevant supporting documentation.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- The successful candidate will already have experience of preparing monthly accounts, with knowledge of accruals and prepayment and a good understanding of how a balance sheet fits together.
- This role would particularly suit a part-qualified accountant or someone with suitable QBE experience.
