Our Finance Manager role will report into the Senior Finance Manager for ancillaries and marketing – looking after marketing, customer and digital who are at the forefront of the business to ensure we are the leading leisure airline coming out of the recovery phase of the pandemic. This role is pivotal in the decision-making support across these areas, covering investments in TV marketing, social media, digital (web & app) and customer insight.
Acting as a key member of the team, the role plays a huge part in the commercial world, including exposure to our senior stakeholders and working closely with our directors whilst providing a true business partner framework to the business functions and ensuring they are always supported with the right insight and information. You will manage budget & outlook, monthly reporting & analysis, business case evaluation & decision support for the UK’s largest airline, just to name a few!

To do this role you need good commercial experience and a confident presence when managing and engaging with our senior stakeholders – with that in mind being able to build great relationships is a must!
A qualified accountant with at least 3 - 4 years post qualified experience with the ability to embrace large, complex and preferably fast moving entities.
We are looking for excellent analytical skills with an ability to demonstrate a brilliant grasp of variance analysis and the key drivers whilst being able to communicate and challenge effectively with key stakeholders at all seniority levels in the organization (both finance and non-financial) – this gives you fantastic exposure to the business.
Proven experience in a business partner environment is a must have - in a same or similar EMEA or global organization with multiple business units and diverse workforce - a true self starter, with high levels of motivation and enthusiasm!
