• Prepare Monthly Management Accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
•  Obtain Customer Contracts from Sales Teams and manage invoicing/cash collection
• •Manage suppliers and payment runs
•  Maintain fixed asset register
•  Process monthly payroll
•  File quarterly VAT returns
•  Monitor costs and suggest cost saving options
•  Manage Timesheets submissions
•  Assisting with annual audit
• Prepare and Review Cashflow
•  Prepare Budget/Forecast
•  Prepare bid pricings
