Job Description
- Monthly reviews of aged debtor reports and follow up credit control with licensing teams
- Reconcile bank statements and investigate any discrepancies
- Work with auditors to identify the discrepancies
- Attendance at regular meetings with other departments to ensure all deadlines are met alongside general ad-hoc finance support.
- Production of journals and ledgers
- Exposure to credit and accounts payable during holiday periods
- Assist the team with any client queries
- Work to Improve processes
- Ad hock duties to support the finance managers
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- One year experience in a Finance Assistant role or similar
- Previous work with multi-currency payments and bank accounts
- Good and efficient ability to multitask without making accuracy mistakes
- Independent skills on problem solving and reconciliations
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including to non-finance departments
- Team player
