- Sourcing candidates through headhunting and networking
- Guiding candidates throughout the interviewing process
- Negotiating the best deal for your candidates
- Closing deals and making commission
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Articulate and confident speaking with a range of people both on and off the phone
- Hard-working with experience working in a commercial or sales background
- Can-do attitude
