Job Description
You will be responsible for the coordination of the testers within Financial Crime to manage overall coverage, ensuring quality testing is planned and completed in a consistent manner using the tools provided and ensuring that relevant reports are produced, and issues are highlighted and tracked. This is a lead role but also a hands-on role and the expectation is that the candidate will be fully immersed in the testing and providing guidance, recommendations, and support to the teams on a daily basis ensuring process is followed and that scripts, tickets and results are of the highest quality to protect our customers and to support front line staff to manage Financial Crime Risk.

- Managing a team of testers and their assignments to deliver Test Strategies and Plans covering Data and End to End deliveries
- Ensuring that estimates and planning are consistently completed and that coordination with the development teams, End to End delivery lead and UAT teams occurs on an ongoing basis so that End to End plans can be maintained and tracked
- Participating in the discovery phase of changes as an SME ensuring all areas of testing are consider at an early stage, analyzing requirements and data flows to ensure full design understood.
- Leading daily incident triage calls and pre prod environment calls ensuring ownership is assigned and responses received, taking responsibility of the quality of the test scripts and incidents raised during the testing lifecycle
- Delivering a premium service to our business stakeholders by coordinating the testing and reporting to the stakeholders and End To End team on progress and highlighting issues and risks and acting on them as required
- Providing coaching and mentoring as required to the test team and ensuring processes are reviewed and refined as the challenges change
