Ownership and maintenance of the Finance Operating Manual
Lead on processes and ongoing improvements for Project Board and the appraisal and evaluation of projects including very large scale projects, with reference to government and industry best practice.
Delivery of compliance and risk management related training to finance and non-finance colleagues
Providing and reviewing financial information for business cases and funding applications
Preparation of online management reports
Preparation of accurate quarterly forecasts
Coordination of preparation of information for internal reports and papers, including the corporate risk register
Ensuring compliance with donor restrictions
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Qualified ACA/ACCA accountant with audit experience
Previous experience of a systems update/implementation
Strong compliance understanding
Interest in working in the arts
Excellent teamwork, communication and organizational skills
Ability to wok with multiple stakeholders both inside and out of the finance function
