Job Description

We are looking for an experienced digital marketer to work on our team focused on paid media strategy, planning, buying and optimization. You will have both strategic and executional experience in digital media and have worked extensively on complex campaigns, ideally across the globe for major apps and games in the iOS ecosystem.

As part of a Global Account Team, this roles involves working closely with local Marketing teams as well as Global leads to ensure our digital advertising programs are successfully planned, executed and analyzed. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to priorities, adapt to change and multitask within a dynamic environment.

We are seeking an expert at analyzing complex data to drive digital performance by managing and/or influencing activation, planning and client teams globally across multiple time zones.

  • Partnering with your manager and peers to oversee all paid digital media internationally
  • Collaborating with Local Digital Leads & Planners as well as our Digital Data & Media hub to develop media mix and tactical strategies
  • Monitoring results across International campaigns and have the ability to communicate digestible insights
  • Ensuring flawless execution of new campaign launches from the initial media planning phase to the campaign wrap up reports
  • Mobilizing appropriate resources from dentsu X and the network Supporting the Media, Planning & Strategy individuals involved on the client business
  • Responding to client requirements in a timely and accurate manner, working seamlessly with internal stakeholders and colleagues across the network
  • Working with the Client Partner to determine ways to grow the business and hit financial targets the two of you are responsible for
  • Ensuring financial accuracy in terms of client billings and internal revenue forecasting

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience in music/tv streaming or mobile gaming a plus
  • Experience developing media strategies across digital with a focus on performance optimization for mobile. Additional channel knowledge and comms planning skillset a plus
  • Strong understanding of and experience with programmatic advertising and mobile ad networks
  • Exceptional analytical and hands-on skills leveraging complex data sets required, along with experience in data visualization tools and business insights dashboards
  • Well-versed in the campaign planning process and experience managing large budgets across geographies
  • Expertise in media tracking, attribution methodologies, and a history of working with MMPs and analytics teams
