Job Description
The purpose of the role is to drive the ESG agenda through development of a robust annual plan, reinforced by a monthly rhythm of performance management and analysis to deliver timely information and insight to enable the organization to make decisions which deliver Spirit of Progress.
- Drives the monthly ESG BPM cycle and ensure that the processes supporting the BPM cycle are robust and deliver the right information each month in a timely and fit for purpose manner.
- Leads insights generation from cross functional teams and actively identifies interventions required to keep ESG performance on track.
- Stress-tests forecast accuracy and builds forecast capabilities at market and global level.
- Responsible for the efficient and effective 1-3 year target setting/ planning process that effectively allocates our global resources for the Spirit of Progress KPIs integrated into the core financial planning process, in line with standards and timelines.
- Continually strives for best practice and develop a culture for innovation and continuous improvement in service of continued efficiency and effectiveness.
