Job Description
We are looking for someone who can lead and drive accounts forward with a motivation to succeed and to help us manage our growing business and help us take it to the next level. You will have an interest across the communications spectrum – media, government affairs, digital. But we are particularly looking for those with experience in delivering ground-breaking and innovative public affairs campaigns. You will want to help our clients tell their stories in ways that can influence policy and political decision-making to benefit their business objectives.
- Experienced in government engagement and communications campaigns, with strong understanding of how integrated communications (media, digital, creative) can help be part of that approach, ensuring real-world impact
- Demonstrating a strong grasp of current events and net-zero and related policy and business issues
- Deploying your areas of specialization working autonomously, often leading matrixed teams
- Manage and sustain strong client relationships
- Achieve high quality of work and precision to detail given tight timeframes for delivery of work
- Bring fresh thinking and innovative approaches to our client offer and new business generation, contributing to the development of pitch documents and attending networking events on a regular basis
- Actively looking to expand your contact base and network
- Actively identify potential new clients and work with your Practice leader, line manager and/or others to identify ways to engage with them
- Build relationships across the Net-Zero Transition Practice and wider company, and be an ambassador for our values
- Managing members of the team, along with wider mentorship across the net-zero practice and business
- Being the point of contact day-to-day for client activity, responding to client’s needs and supporting the wider account team
- Contributing to team recruitment efforts
