Job Description

We are looking for Director-level candidates; passionate and enthusiastic problem-solvers with deep domain expertise in servicing Financial Markets firms with software and data solutions, to join our growing and talented global team.

What you'll be doing?

  • Provide customers with industry specialist expertise in Sustainable Finance and Investing.
  • Leverage a value-engineering, solutions sales approach to work within our Top 250 accounts to partner on key strategic programs.
  • Partner closely with the account management function, to lead C-suite business development of customer-centric, innovative solutions that are underpinned by the breadth and depth of company’s technology, data, and Professional Services capabilities.
  • Represent the firm globally on these engagements with primary commercial responsibility for leading and closing Solutions deals.
  • Convene and lead cross-disciplinary Bid Teams comprised of consultants and other specialists to execute with customers.
  • Working with internal stakeholders from commercial policy, legal, product, technology, customer operations, and content to secure buy-in and commitment to solutions that will be fully supported to drive continued, sustainable value to our customers, and partners.
  • Engage in industry forums to represent the company in the Sustainable Finance & Investing domain.
  • Provide Voice of the Customer feedback to business, product management, and commercial policy teams to guide our platform strategy and create replicable, scalable solutions for other customers.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 10+ years’ experience working in a consulting, technology or solutions selling environment
  • Subject matter expertise and experience in SFI that may include but not limited to regulatory reporting & disclosure (e.g., TCFD), ESG Investing & Risk Management, Financing the transition to net zero
  • Good knowledge of the banking industry, preferably Corporate and Transaction Banking
  • Strong commercial acumen & experience of working with CxO-level on large commercial engagements
  • Exceptional team building skills, with the ability to convene and mobilize agile Bid Teams comprised of individuals with a diverse range of specialized skills
  • Naturally curious, analytical, and collaborative with exceptional listening and questioning skills
  • Creative, innovative, and open mindset with desire to problem solve and deliver win-win outcomes
  • Sufficient technical expertise to be credible with key technology stakeholders
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Ability and willingness to travel
